Welcome to the fourth annual Mix97one and Great Plains Regional Medical Center Pound Plunge! Pound Plunge is a safe, fun community weight loss program that's proven to work.
This year's competition will consist of 12 weigh-ins. Prizes will be awarded to the top 10 men, women and teams with the highest percentage of weight lost. There will be a random drawing in the event of a tie.
Weigh-ins will be from 4-7 p.m. at The Platte River Mall Tuesdays through March 30. Participants must weigh-in nine out of the 12 weeks to be eligible for prizes.
